The Club. The Legacy.
Madras Gymkhana Club is an institution of 140 years old, established for promoting Sports, Social and Cultural activities. Its portals have, over the years, welcomed thousands of members of various countries, citizenships, religious, social and economic backgrounds, encompassing all who entered with equal warmth and fellowship. To this day, it is a multi-hued, sporting and cultural institution with over 4,000 members.

The President and General Committee extend their heartiest congratulations to our Patron, Lt. Gen. Karanbir Singh Brar, AVSM, the General Officer Commanding, Dakshin Bharat Area, on his being conferred the Presidential Award of Param Vishist Seva Medal (PVSM), for distinguished service of the most exceptional order, on the occasion of the 76th Republic Day of our glorious Nation.
