Gym 3S (Cine Club) screened the 1974 thriller ‘The Odessa Files’, based on the novel by Frederick Forsyth, starring Jon Voight & Maximilian Schell.
Following the diary of a Jewish survivor, investigative journalist Peter Miller tracks down the “Butcher of Riga ” Eduard Roschmann who surprisingly, was thriving in post-war Germany, protected by a powerful group of former SS members called Odessa.
Members enjoyed watching this engrossing movie on Friday the 2nd of April at the Buttery.
