Built for Business
The Huddle is the Club's dedicated conference and boardroom facility. Designed for meetings, presentations, strategy sessions, and working lunches, it provides a focused environment entirely separate from the social and sporting areas of the Club.
Equipped with a large-format display, high-speed connectivity, acoustic privacy, and a full-length whiteboard wall, The Huddle accommodates up to 16 around a single boardroom table and can be reconfigured for smaller working groups.
Capacity
Up to 16 seated around the boardroom table. Reconfigurable for smaller working groups of 4–8.
AV & Connectivity
Large-format display screen, high-speed Wi-Fi, HDMI and wireless casting, whiteboard wall for working sessions.
Catering
Working lunch, tea, and refreshment service available from the Club kitchen. Bespoke menus on request.
Privacy
Acoustically separated from the rest of the Club. Glass partition with adjustable privacy screens. Dedicated entrance.
For Members & Their Associates
The Huddle is available to members for professional use: client meetings, board sessions, team offsites, and private presentations. Members may also host external guests and business associates within the facility.
Bookings are made through the Club office. Day-rate and half-day-rate arrangements are available. Priority is given to members; availability for associate bookings depends on calendar.
