The Club's kitchen is not outsourced. Century-old recipes have been recorded for posterity and handed down from chef to chef, the records of which are available in the Club's archives. Specialty dishes like the rumkin toast and pineapple passion ice cream probably cannot be found anywhere else in the world. The baked dishes and the cakes and pastries are unmatchable.
The Verandah
The club's principal dining venue: an open-air colonnade with lanterns, set tables, and views of the grounds. Breakfast through dinner, the Verandah maintains the character of a bygone era while serving contemporary seasonal menus alongside long-standing favourites.

Pool Lounge

The Buttery
The Buttery is the club's formal dining venue: a refined space where traditional cuisine is served with the care and attention it deserves. Century-old recipes, unmatchable baked dishes, and the kind of hospitality that has defined the club for over a century.

Private Functions & Catering
The Club's spaces are available for private member-hosted functions. Birthdays, anniversaries, corporate dinners, and family gatherings are accommodated with full catering support from the Club kitchen.
