On Saturday 21st, Gym Cultural Hub hosted a unique demonstration of Vegan dishes by Somna Sachdev, an expert in the field.Vegan diet has caught the attention of the health conscious, for its healing properties. Somna stressed the fact that following a strict Vegan diet could definitely reverse pre-diabetes, cholesterol, blood pressure and many other health issues were shown how to make a delicious smoothie, a cashew curd, a tasty dip & crackers and a date and oats laddoo. Members were attentive, appreciative and interactive. This talk was an eye- opener – how to eat correctly and thus feel better and live healthy.
