The simplest is always the best I believe. Keep it short and sweet especially when it comes to cooking .no grinding, sautéing, and sweating . It is summer. So here’s a line up of CHOP, BLEND and DRINK recipes, I hope you will enjoy.

JADE GREEN
Mint(Chopped). – 1/2 cup
Celery stalks(Chopped). – 1 cup
Cucumber(Chopped). – 1 cup
Apple(Chopped). – 1 cup
Kiwi. – 1 cup
Lime extract. – 1 tbsp
Water. – 1/2 cup
Salt and sugar to taste and can be omitted if you so want.
CHOP, BLEND DRINK
JUS BEET IT
Beetroot( I prefer boiled) – 1 cup
Apple. – 1 cup
Ginger. – 1 tsp
Baby spinach. – 1 cup
Lime juice. – 1 tbsp
Salt or sugar to taste…
CHOP, BLEND READY
TENDER COCONUT COOLER
Tender coconut water – 2 cups
Lime extract. – 1 tbsp
Mint leaves – 1/2 cup
Soda. – 1 cup
Green chilli. Chopped. – 1/2 tsp
Salt. To taste
Soak 1 tbsp sabja seeds in 1 cup of water . Set aside.
Blend together the TC water, lime, mint, soda green chilli, and a 1/2 tsp of salt.
After its blended, add the sabja water, and stir well.
Serve topped with more mint, tender coconut pieces, and ice.
AAM PANNA MARGHERITA
To make Aam Panna
Unripe mango chopped and boiled along with 1/2 cup sugar , 2 cloves , a pinch of black salt and 1 green chilli.
Set aside . ( keep this as a base drink for any mocktail/cocktail you wish to make )
In a pitcher mix together
Aam panna. . 1/2 cup
Soda. ….. 2 cups
Mint leaves. 1/2 cup
Lime extract. 2 tbsp
Blend all this well . Chill for several hours.
Add ice just before serving.
For the cocktail.
Add 1/2 cup of vodka or tequila…to the blend.
Rub lime juice on the rim of each glass and dip it on a plate of salt. Place ice cubes in each glass and gently pour the drink over the ice cubes and serve.
